Do you have an exam appointment already scheduled?
If you have an exam appointment already scheduled, your name will need to be updated with our testing vendor. Your name on your government issued IDs must match the name listed on your ATT letter and scheduling notification. You must submit a name change request to AHIMA within 7 business days prior to your scheduled exam. If this is done outside of the 7 business days, your exam fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
