In only the Nuance Clintegrity™ application, it is possible for any user logged into your school’s shared account to change the password, using the Change Password link on the home page. Unfortunately, there is no way around that functionality, it is a product of the application that Nuance can’t change without changing how the application would work for every customer who uses it around the world. Faculty and students are asked to please NEVER change the password. Otherwise other students at their school will be unable to log in.

I was having some password difficulty and incorrectly used the Change Password link to change the password, now my student peers can’t log in. What should I do?
