What should I do if I need more time to recertify?

Updated on

Individuals should earn and add all the required CEUs (along with the documentation) by their recertification cycle end date in MyAHIMA hub, CEU center. Once this is completed, the recertify button will appear to allow them to pay and recertify. If this is not completed by the recertification cycle end date, the certification will move to an inactive status. Individuals can still pay the late fee of $50 per certification and recertify.
