How do I access my Microcredential assessment after purchase?

A follow-up email will be sent to the address on file on the AHIMA account you used to purchase, which will include instructions for accessing your Microcredential assessment. Assessments are administered through our partner vendor, Questionmark, so please look for an email from [email protected]. Questionmark accounts are automatically created for you with your AHIMA ID as your login.

Once your account is created, you will receive an email directly from Questionmark with a link providing you access to login. (Note: This email may go to your spam or junk folder and may take approximately 24 hours to receive.) Once the Questionmark email is sent to you, this indicates your Questionmark account has been created and you may click the link directly from the email to access your account and reset your password.

Returning Candidates

If you are purchasing another microcredential assessment or an assessment retest, then you have already created an account with Questionmark and will NOT receive another email from Questionmark. Please go to the Questionmark platform to login and access your assessment under the "My Assessments" tab.

As a reminder, your Questionmark login is your AHIMA ID. You will need to reset your password when signing in to complete another microcredential assessment or for your assessment retest. (For an assessment retest, your assessment will NOT appear in your "My Assessments" tab until the 30-day waiting period has been met.)
